I am adding the stress diagnostics for the second time since the first attempt produced a version incompatible with the latest stella release.
The main change is the addition of the module file named diagnostics_stresses.f90. It calculates the nonlinear turbulent stresses:
where <>_yz is the flux-surface average. Note that the code takes the ky =0 component but does not take the average over z. A post processing script is thus required.
